Prices remained stable as producers and traders knew that further price cuts are unlikely to stimulate buying interest with most buyers halting business in preparation for the upcoming holidays.
China methionine prices stagnant amid light trade
  Trade was light in the methionine market as most buyers have secured enough supplies lately. Moreover, as the livestock market underperformed even during the pre-Chinese New Year period, feed millers, who were wary about the post-festive market, were cautious with the procurements of ingredients.
